Christmas time at Semperviva

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Semperviva is really looking forward to our Christmas Day Kundilini class at City center. I know, Christmas day you think we would be sleeping in our beds dreaming of opening presents, but we really are looking forward to celebrating the season by giving back to others.

Gloria, Scott, her family and most of the Semperviva community will be sharing their Christmas morning with those who love their yoga and want to do something a little different. Well...we are also serving a free breakfast of hot buttery croissants and other treats....this may have encouraged the 100+ people to register for Christmas day. :)

If you have a chance to make it out that day please feel free to drop by and share this season's cheer!

We'll be ready for you at 9:30 am and class will go until 10:45.... then the croissants come rolling out!

Location: City Center, corner of Broadway/ Maple. To pre-register call us at 604-739-2009.

All the best to you and those that you love!

Welcome !!

Welcome to the wonderful world of Semperviva Yoga ! With so many inspirational workshops offered this winter/ spring you'll never go another week-end without a smile on your face, a mat under your arm and a workshop to go to!

It's been a great fall for us here at Semperviva as we have had the extreme pleasure of hosting some truly Great Yogi's of our time. Gurumukh the" Queen of Kundilini" yoga came this past October to share with us her passion and joy for this style of yoga.We spent the weekend enriching our understanding of this ancient form of yoga and developing a sincere appreciation of where a dedicated practice can lead you. Personally speaking, it provided me with a heightened sense of awareness about our endless capabilities as human beings to help each other out. Small or large gestures it's our duty to give back.

Albert Einstein once said that "A hundred times a day I remind myself that my life depends on the labors of of other men( and women),living and dead, and that I must exert myself in order to give, in measure as I have received, and I am still receiving."
In every thing you do add kindness it supports the embetterment of us all.
We look forward to seeing you soon. www.semperviva.com
